Pai Gow Poker

Split seven cards into a five-card high hand and a two-card low hand, then play both against the banker's, which is set by the house way. Beat both to win even money less 5%, win one each for a push, and the table checks every split for a foul before it is played.

How it works

How it plays.

01

Bet and deal

Bet $10 to $250. You and the banker each get seven cards from a 53-card deck that includes one joker.

02

Set two hands

Pick two cards for the low hand; the other five are the high hand. The high hand has to outrank the low hand. The table flags a foul as soon as you make one.

03

Or use the house way

House way sets your cards the way the banker sets theirs: the best legal low hand, then the best high hand from what is left.

04

Settle

Beat both banker hands to win even money less 5%. Win one and lose one for a push. Lose both, or tie a hand, and the banker wins it.
