Appently Sweeps runs the Appently Social game floor on the sweepstakes model. Players buy Gold Coins to play for fun. Sweeps Coins are never sold: they come free at sign-up, once a day, as a bonus on Gold packs, or by mail. Sweeps play the same games and can be redeemed for prizes. Two coins

How Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins work.

Every account holds both coins in separate balances. Gold is for play and never redeems. Sweeps are promotional entries that can be redeemed for prizes. The rules for each are fixed in the cashier and on the Official Rules page.

Gold Coins

For play

Buy: Yes. Five packs from $4.99 to $99.99.
Redeem: Never. No cash value. Cannot be sold or transferred.
New account: 10,000 Gold Coins.
Wins: Gold play pays in Gold.

Sweeps Coins

For prizes

Buy: Never. Sweeps are not sold.
How they arrive: 5 at sign-up, 1 each day the player shows up, a bonus on every Gold pack, and 1 per valid mail-in card.
Redeem: 1 Sweeps Coin = US$1 in prize value. Minimum 50, after one playthrough.
Wins: Sweeps play pays in Sweeps.

The player picks the coin in the header. Every slot, table, scratch ticket, contest, and sportsbook bet uses the selected coin, and the RGS settles each round in that coin. Switching coins reloads the open game in the new coin.

What happens when a player redeems

01Play through

Promotional Sweeps must be wagered once before they count as redeemable. The cashier shows how many are ready.

02Request

The player enters an amount of 50 or more in the cashier. Those Sweeps leave the balance right away and the request is queued as pending.

03Review and pay

Your team runs KYC, then marks the request approved, paid, or denied from the House desk. The player sees the status in the cashier.

04Denied requests refund

If a pending request is denied, the Sweeps go back to the player's balance automatically.

Gold packs sit across the top, each showing the Sweeps that come with it. Under them, the Free Sweeps panel explains the daily drop and the mail-in method, and the Redeem panel shows how many Sweeps the player can redeem and the status of each request.

Mail-in: a hand-written 3×5 card with handle, email, and address. One request per envelope, 1 Sweeps Coin per valid card.

Common questions.

Is this real-money gambling?

It is built on the sweepstakes model. Gold Coins have no cash value and never redeem. Sweeps Coins are never sold, arrive free, and can be redeemed for prizes after one playthrough. Whether a sweepstakes casino can run in a given state is a legal question, so get your own review before launch.

Does a player have to buy anything?

No. Sweeps arrive at sign-up, once a day, and by mail-in. A Gold purchase does not improve the chance of getting Sweeps beyond the published pack bonuses.

Who is the sponsor?

On the demo floor, Appently Gaming. On your skin, your company is the sponsor and the Official Rules say so.

How are prizes paid?

The player requests a redeem in the cashier and the request waits in the House queue. Your team runs KYC, then marks it approved, paid, or denied. Denied requests return the Sweeps. The demo queues requests but does not pay them.

Which states are excluded?

The demo excludes WA, ID, NV, MI, CT, NY, and MT, and House can add more. The final list for your skin should come from your counsel.

How is this different from Appently Social?

Appently Social runs on one credits wallet with no cash value and no prizes. Sweeps adds the second coin, the cashier, mail-in entry, redemption, and the Official Rules, on a separate database.

Can we change the packs?

Yes. Pack prices and the Sweeps bonus on each pack are set for your skin.

Can we try it before we talk?

Yes. The demo floor is open. Packs credit the wallet without charging a card, and redeem requests go into the House queue.
